M/s Arch Vision has been successfully providing its services for more than two decades now. The firm is owned by Professional Engineers who have been serving in this field for more than three (03) decades.
The Architectural and Engineering Division of the firm designs the project from the feasibility study to detailed design and construction supervision to finally handing over the project to client. We have carried out about 50 projects of Town Planning and Housing Schemes. Among these 30 projects were completed and handed over to the clients. Moreover the firm has conducted 300 Residential, Commercial, Office, Schools, Hospitals and Industrial Buildings out of which 170 projects were successfully completed. More than 20 Roads and Bridges were constructed and supervised successfully. Arch Vision has in-house structural licensed engineers who are competent enough to resolve all sorts of structural design issues.
Apart from this we have carried out many specialized nature projects including design, construction supervision of Fish Processing Plants, seawater intake structure for water desalination plant, feasibility studies for establishment of fruit processing plant, cold storages, pulping unit, juice manufacturing, horticulture marketing infrastructure, packaging institute, industrial estates and special economic zone.
Arch Vision’s Environmental Division is equipped with experienced engineers, environmentalists and scientists who are working hard to reduce existing pollution and upgrading environmental situation. We are also registered as ESCO.
Arch Vision has performed Environmental Impact Assessment of many projects. We have conducted more than 15 environmental studies of various natures and has even developed software’s “Envirobase” and “Energy base” for “Formulation of Database for Studied conducted on various Environmental Issues during last fifteen years by different Government Organizations/Departments and NGOs” for EPA Sindh and a user friendly energy database for ENERCON respectively.
The firm has carried out Solid Waste Management of various housing projects. Moreover, we have designed, planned and supervised more than 15 water and waste water treatment plants and 21 water supply, sewerage and drainage systems.
